For agencies
More clients.
Keep the overview.
Keep agreements, versions and recorded usage together as your client base grows.
Access starts with a conversation about what you have built.
Every client, in view.
Delivery
A client appears here once a payment is recorded.
| Client | AI product and version | Status | Health | Last production run |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Invoice Checker v1.2.0 | Active | Healthy | 2 hours ago | |
| Support Triage v2.0.1 | Setting up | No runs yet | No production run yet | |

Repeat the offer. Track each delivery.
Reuse your product offer
Price it once and start every client’s proposal from it; opening one freezes the terms.
See each client’s version
Each installation shows the version it is pinned to, or that none is pinned.
Review recorded usage
A run is recorded against the client’s own installation, so you see what each client uses.
Recorded, never guessed
A run with no installation key is marked unattributed, and Tolavo shows you which.
What the fourth client changes
They say it stopped working
Runs are recorded per installation, so a failure is scoped to that client.
A client stuck in onboarding
The journey names the blocker and what the client still owes. It is assigned to a permission, and the audit names whoever answered each step.
A retainer that stops covering the runs
Every production run is recorded against the client it ran for, so you can see the volume a retainer is actually carrying. Runs you start from Tolavo are recorded as tests and not counted as the client’s usage, unless you mark API work as production.
Who approved which access
Approvals and permission changes are recorded against the installation.
Which version each client is on
Each client’s installation is pinned at setup to a released version when one exists, preferring the one already released when their terms were fixed, and stays unpinned until you pin one. Every run recorded against an installation keeps the version it was pinned to at that moment. Two clients can be pinned to two different versions, and each installation shows which one.
What a run costs
You state what a run costs you, per version; Tolavo does not measure what a run cost. Margin is a workspace figure in Tolavo, not per account.
Your clients. Your relationship.
Tolavo does not host your system or collect your clients’ money; you send the proposal link.
Bring the system you already deliver.
Tell us what you have built and who it is for. A person reads every request.
