Where does my AI run?
Where you built it. Tolavo calls your endpoint, webhook or workflow and records whether it answered, how long it took and the shape of the reply, by default not the reply itself. It does not host your logic. Traffic to Tolavo is HTTPS.
How do my clients pay me?
Your customers pay you directly. Tolavo never collects, holds or routes their money, stores no card details for them, and issues them no automated invoice — there is no mechanism in the product that could. You record each payment in Tolavo, and nothing shows as received until a person says the money arrived.
When do the 14 days start?
When you open the invitation we send and activate the workspace. We approve the request and create the workspace first, and the fourteen days do not begin until you use the invitation. The invitation link itself expires, so use it once it arrives; if it has expired, ask us for a new one. Signing in later does not restart the clock.

At 500, Tolavo refuses a new run started through a connection, a workflow or a deployment. Connection tests, deliveries your system sends in and workflows an event starts are counted and still accepted.
Every allowance above, from the day you activate your workspace. Nothing is withheld, no card is asked for, and there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Access starts with a conversation, not a signup form. The trial charges nothing and asks for no card, and the end of the trial never closes reading or exporting your own data.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your customer records, subscriptions and run history are your data: you can ask for a full export of the workspace, or of your own account, with no deadline and no limit on how often. A finished export file stays downloadable for 7 days, after which you can simply ask for another.
How do I pay for a plan?
Ask us for one. Tolavo moves your workspace onto the plan and invoices it by hand each month, after onboarding; you pay by bank transfer. There is no card payment and no checkout. The VAT treatment is confirmed before the first invoice.
