What holds once they say yes.

The terms stop moving

Frozen the moment your client opens the proposal.

They never need an account

Your client opens a link. No password, nothing to install.

Accepting is recorded, not signed

Who agreed, when, and the fingerprint of the terms they accepted.

How this works: the exact terms

The terms stop moving

The moment your client opens the proposal, Tolavo stores the exact document they are reading and records its SHA-256 fingerprint. From then on the document, the price, the scope, the permissions, the limits and who it is addressed to cannot be edited through Tolavo, and the database itself refuses an ordinary edit to them. Someone in full control of the database server could still alter them; if the stored document no longer matches its fingerprint, Tolavo accepts nothing, records no payment and charges nothing against it. A different deal means a new proposal.

They never need an account

The page they get contains that proposal and the seller details you fill in for your business — trade name, legal form, registration number, address and contact email, and for a bv or nv its registered name and statutory seat — and, once you ask for payment, that request with the payment details you set — and nothing else about your business. The link is a secret Tolavo shows you once and then keeps only as a hash.

Accepting is recorded, not signed

Acceptance records who agreed, when, and the fingerprint of the exact terms they accepted, which they are shown afterwards to keep. Tolavo does not call that a signature, because it is not one, and a record that claims more than it is worth is worth nothing.

Answer the questions before they stop the sale.

What can it access? What are the limits? When does a person step in?

What can I connect?

Anything reachable at a public HTTPS address.

Tolavo calls your address and records whether it answered, how long it took and the shape of the reply, by default not the reply itself.

Tolavo posts the work to your URL and records that it was delivered. An acknowledgement is not a result, and Tolavo says so.

Called like any HTTPS endpoint. There is no n8n account connection.

Tolavo gives you a URL and a key, and your system calls Tolavo when it is done.

How this works: what is refused, and what has no integration
  • Endpoints must be public HTTPS. Plaintext HTTP and private or internal addresses are refused, unless Tolavo allows that host.
  • Make, Zapier, GitHub and container runtimes have no Tolavo integration, and none is scheduled.
  • Tolavo keeps no list of approved vendors, and it does not host or run your system.

Tell us what you have built and who it is for. A person reads every request.

  • You host your AI
  • Clients pay you directly
  • You record payments in Tolavo
